In addition to Gathering, Disposal, and Treatment, BBR offers full service pond management utilizing the industry’s most advanced aeration system and providing remote water quality monitoring, sampling, and corrective action treatment.

Xedia Process Solutions today announced it has been acquired by Blackbuck Resources, LLC (“Blackbuck Resources”), a newly formed midstream water solutions firm focused on the Permian Basin.

Blackbuck Resources will be led primarily by the prior Xedia management team and will be supported by an equity commitment from Cresta Energy Capital (“Cresta”).
